FPForum Posted March 2, 2008 Share Posted March 2, 2008 When someone signs up for one of my packages it creates a paypal subscription. If they go into paypal and cancel their subscription will it do anything in whmcs or must they go in and submit a cancellation request? mrprez Posted March 2, 2008 Share Posted March 2, 2008 No, it won't do anything in WHMCS and for good reason. PP will cancel a subscription at the drop of a hat. I have one at least everyday where the customer makes a change to their funding source. In order for them to cancel, they have to intiate that inside their Client Area.
