The WHMCS integration by Kayako is an absolute JOKE!

Im appauled and discussed at the company called Kayako. Not only are they on my list of TOP TEN worst companies i have ever dealt with but their deployments of a workable solution for the integration of WHMCS is a complete turnoff. Lets see, how long has this integration been available now in WHMCS? They continue to drag their feet, make excuses and hire FASHION POLICE to calm the crowd yet to offer any type of workable solution is just another teeth pulling event to get them to do something that's useable solution.

Im sick and tried of Kayako. Im sick and tired of their inability to fix the long standing bugs in Loginshare, WHMCS and what nots. All in all, this company is on my list of the TOP TEN Worst companies to deal with even before pittyful companies such as Modernbill.

But thats my opinion. You can voice your own.

Thank you.

Exactly! They joined today to post that thread. Lots of credibility for them to join just to post derogatory statements.

First of all, i v been lurking around the WHMCS forum for quite awhile, just havent found a time to signup. Second, if you think thats derogatory, show me a working WHMCS + Kayako solution and ill have my post removed and my mouth washed out with soap.

Why dont you view the Kayako forums. Please show me one person who's got it working with WHMCS? Please raise your hand, not.

The way I read his post, he was NOT complaining about WHMCS.

He was simply appalled at the way Kayako have gone about getting things working from their end properly.

Or am I mistaken?

Cheers,

Paul
