csc2ya Posted February 26, 2008 Share Posted February 26, 2008 We have had this as well. I think this happens if a malicious user spoofs an address that you use for whmcs's sticket system. WHMCS is not attempting to download emails from anything but the first listed department and is instead throwing this error.
