polarbear Posted February 24, 2008 Share Posted February 24, 2008 I've set up WHMCS to automatically create the hosting account upon payment. But for hosting customers, when they look into the above mentioned section in their client area, no products/services are displayed. However, they find their hosting account details under the section "My Hosting Packages". My question is, shouldn't their hosting servicea appear in both sections, and if not, what exactly would appear in the My products & services section? ihostct Posted February 25, 2008 Share Posted February 25, 2008 I think what's confusing is that when there are no other products and services listed, the "My Products & Services" area says in small print "No Hosting Accounts Setup". It would be far less confusing if this were to say "No additional products or services have been set up" or something to that effect.
