I've used Michelle a number of times in the past, but nothing recent. She's had great success with both Hosting and Web Design clients that I had years ago.

I thought I would provide feedback on this referral.

I tried contacting them, no answer. Sent an email...more than 24 hours have past, and no reply. Just an FYI.

There is a Canadian company based in Quebec. I know that 1&1 uses them, but I can't remember their name. If you call 1&1 and mention you have an outstanding debt and ask for the Canadian collector, they may give you their contact info. You can then talk to them and ask how one would 'sign up'. Good luck and keep us posted if you find out more.

note that collection agentices in canada can only be used by residents in canada alot of the time due too conflicting standards around the world.

canada privacy laws are quite strict alot charge a fee for collection of a debt.

[edit]

business also has too be registered in canada for legal purposes ;) figure i fill that in
