Hello

I have 8 client websites on 5CloudHost that have gone down. In the past the normal response time is within a few hours. The email associated with sign-in and response is one of the websites that has gone down - this means I am receiving no email response.  I can login to the 5CloudHost help portal but have had no response as previously mentioned. Status online has changed from nothing there to account suspended. My account is paid to July 2030. The reason I'm send this request here is 5CloudHost are using whmcs.com Appreciate any help to have this rectified. Thank you. Simon
