GoCardless Issues - 'Payment Pending'

Hello,

I was wondering if someone might be able to help with this one.

We have a number of customers set up in WHMCS who pay via Direct Debit using GoCardless. Recently we have noticed a number of invoices in WHMCS that are set to 'Payment pending'. Most customers pay monthly so, for example, the January invoice may be set as 'paid' but then all future invoices are marked as 'payment pending'. The issue is of course that these are being missed. The customer's hosting service is still active but payments aren't actually coming in and no notifications from WHMCS are being sent to us to let us know that a payment has been requested but not received.

Is there a way to resolve this and additionally, is there a way to set up a notification so that even if an invoice is set to 'payment pending' if the payment has not been received by the due date, a notification will be sent to us so we do not miss any payments in the future?
