Hello,

 

I have registered a Directi account from whmcs, and after I registered 1 domain, and then http://www.whois.sc/mydomain.com

 

Bellow appears:

 

Sponsoring Registrar : Directi Internet Solutions d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.Com (R27-LROR)

 

Is it possible to change it something like:

 

Registration Service Provided By: MyCompany.com ?

I think it's the company or brand name in Settings > Primary Profile

i have the same problem.

 

i checked and both the customer and reseller account have the proper entries in primary profiles.

I don't know that it would be a "problem"... as DirectI is actually the registrar... But for reseller transparency it could be seen as a "problem"

 

I'm interested in being able to change this as well but it's not a priority.

Yes, actually it is not a big problem at all. But I just see many other people do like that,

Registration Service Provided By: TheirCompany.com

So, I just thing it's nice and good idea too.

I have changed these 2 details, company and brand name from the first time signed up, but still no luck.

Might be a good idea to contact Directi about it - but I think it's set by Directi since they are actually the registar as someonelse said.
