I'm showing the Cross-Sell Products on the "Complete" page as shown in the attached screenshot.

 

Is it possible to change the (Add to cart) to one-click payment?
When the customer clicks on it, it auto-pays for the new product using the saved payment method (last method he just used), without adding the new product to the cart and navigating the customer to the checkout page.
