Arhineus
Has anyone seen this error, when trying to submit a domain registration, while accepting a domain order? It's a .ca domain if that helps / matters.
Arhineus
Just thought I'd post an update to this. I never did get this sorted out. WHMCS couldn't find the problem, and neither could my registrar (Enom). I've registered a number of .ca's without problem with WHMCS thus far, but if I come across the problem again, I'll update this thread with any information I can gather.
rsutc
Just thought I'd post an update to this. I never did get this sorted out. I've registered a number of .ca's without problem with WHMCS thus far, but if I come across the problem again, I'll update this thread with any information I can gather. Well, I have the same problem. The information appears to be OK for the registrant, but the enom server rejects it. Can anyone shed any light? pinarthost
I have the same problem with NetEarthOne registrar. Clients information appears to be OK, yet WHMCS doesn't send it to the registrar at all! I wonder what's causing this?
nka
same here... I always register them by hand. I think that the CIRA update will make this worse.
9DollarDomains
Hi. Not just to pile on, but I'm having the same problem. We never encountered it before the CIRA / eNom / WHMCS change of October 13, 2010 - but now we are unable to register any CIRA / .CA names. We have the latest 4.3.1 and we have the new eNom module, but when sending in any .CA domain registrations, we get either a 'Invalid Registrant Information' or 'Invalid Aux Billing' We have of course tried every combination of customer Profile information we can figure to try, and the customer's in question, don't have any extra blling contacts or anything.
