I have the latest version of WHMCS and I have a problem with it continually deleting a domain from one of my Plesk servers

Recommended Posts

I added one of my personal domains to my personal account on one of my Plesk servers and neglected to set it as a free account.  The system suspended it and terminated it as it was designed to do, but now every time I try to put that domain back in it deletes all record of it every night.  How do I tell the system that this domain should not be deleted?  I have tried to set it to a free account using a 100% discount code, set it as a free account on the payment page, set it to not allow a change of status but nothing is working.  Is there a way to remove all record of that domain from the system and just start over?

Of course, this does not sound like the normal behavior for WHMCS.

You will want to enable logging of all modules and errors. After nightly deletion, collect the logs and share them. Otherwise, we have far too little information to even start troubleshooting this behavior.

@dscorp

It sounds like your WHMCS installation is terminating/expiring the service due to it having passed the next due date/ Expiry date.

To prevent this, you could add the client where this domain and service are set to a new client group where termination and suspension is disabled. This should prevent the action. Alternatively, set both items to a next due date significantly in the future. Something similar to "31/12/2099". Providing your domain sync function doesn't update the domain automatically to a past date, this would also prevent the suspension and termination.

Should this fail, open a ticket (if you have not already), and we can look further in your WHMCS. At this point, the module log being enabled before it occurs again may be helpful as @RadWebHosting has already recommended.
