bear
But you did ask them, and not by just posting here? EDIT: This is a bit old now, but a fast search on this board found: Edited June 1 by bear
Negar
I have read the previously mentioned tips, but they are different from my problem This error occurs when I log in to the main admin user in whmcs. When I log out of the administration, this error is not received. As soon as I log in with admin, this error is repeated in the error log.
bear
Seems common sense that "path for admin-getting-started-index" would show it's admin related. Logging in as admin triggers it, which implies it's an admin template. If using 3rd party templates, and you've updated WHMCS but not them, that may be it. Feels like you're avoiding asking support.
Negar
I re-uploaded the admin folder and replaced it with the previous one, and the problem was solved.
