Khalid Khan
Very Disappointed – Lifetime License Means Nothing! I purchased a lifetime license for a WHMCS theme from one of WHMCS’s so-called “authorized sellers,” and now after a WHMCS update, the theme is completely broken. Instead of providing updated files as part of the lifetime deal, the seller is demanding more money—essentially holding the product hostage. This is misleading, unethical, and borders on a *. WHMCS should take responsibility for who they allow on their marketplace. If you can’t trust the “authorized” tag, what’s the point? Either WHMCS needs to step in and fix this or stop promoting these sellers altogether. I don’t need support—I just want what I paid for: working, updated files. Buyers beware! WGS
We understand your frustration, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify, the lifetime license you purchased grants you indefinite use of the theme, but as stated on our product page, ongoing updates and support require an active subscription. This is a common practice in the industry, as maintaining compatibility with WHMCS updates involves continuous development work, which incurs costs for us as well. We’d be happy to assist you further if you choose to renew your support & Updates plan. Alternatively, you’re welcome to continue using the existing version of the theme without updates. If you have any questions about your options, feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding.
