Admin-Initiated Client Password Resets - Share your experience

Hi testers!

One of the new features added in WHMCS 8.13 Beta is Admin-Initiated Client Password Resets. Enabling you to add automated actions to individual support tickets. Admins can now reset client passwords directly from the admin area, without requiring access to the client's email. During the pre-release testing we want to hear about your experiences with this feature.

Some potential starting points for discussion are:

- Is the password reset option easy to use?

- Are there sufficient permission controls for access to this feature?

- Does the logging of a password reset action meet your needs?

In addition to resolving any errors which might occur, understanding any pain points is of particular interest to us. Your input will help us tweak messaging in the product or documentation and publish support articles.
