Shimmy
I'm getting unformatted HTML when entering a new knowledgebase article in 3.6.0 The text is entered in the backend using the WYSYWG editor, but in the knowledgebase I get, for example: The path to Perl is:<br /><font color="#0000ff"> /usr/bin/perl</font> Is anyone else having this problem? Si
Hi, Just used the Send New Message to client in 3.6 and inserted normal text first of all, but when the email came through it was in html code. This never happened before in this area. Then created the message in html and opened the HTML popup, inserted the html code and all looked normal. Sent the message and once again, it arrived in my in-box as html source. (Yes my email client can receive html emails). Si
