Admin ticket list "lastreply"

Needed to look up a ticket from someone that was from last December (or so). Searched on a word, and it pulled up a handful. Thing is, the "xx days ago" is really unhelpful. Been over the settings and templates, and don't see where this can be changed, nor could I find any sort of override for it. 

Anyone know if it's possible to show the actual date of the last reply, or the date it was opened (without opening each ticket). The date of each is available within the ticket, but not while viewing the list. A hook, ability to change columns that show...anything?
