borzoid Posted February 6, 2008 Share Posted February 6, 2008 Hi, I moved to a new host that includes whmcs on their reseller packages. They provided me with a license key for whmcs. I came here and put in a support ticket to have the new license added to my whmcs account. The response was that this was a reseller license and it could not be added to my account here. So.....how is this normally done. Do I set up a new account? Is there an existing account for my host that I'm supposed to access? I'm in the dark.
