1001studio
I've some clients that have more than one service but they want to keave them separate. Example: 1 - Has an hosting account and a domain with a company and another one with another company. So company details are different but he has only one email address 2 - Has personal hosting and company hosting so two invoices fields but one email address. When I try to make this WHMCS give me an error telling me that there is already a customer with that email address and I cannot add another customer if I don't change email address. Any tricks to avoid this issue?
WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted February 5, 2008 WHMCS Developer Share Posted February 5, 2008 No sorry. The email address is unique. If you are so inclined.. you could set a forwarder up on your domain to send to the client. But you would need one per user that wanted the option.
othellotech
I've some clients that have more than one service but they want to keave them separate Separate in what sense ? Separate as in different invoices - just make sure the renewals aren't on the same date and each service will be invoiced separately. Separate as in different WHMCS accounts - as the login to the account is by email, they'd need 2 email addresses

I hope any tricks to create username as login user instead of email address to permit to login with one email account and have two WHMCS accounts
