I purchased Client Notifications Addon module from whmcsservices.com (@wsa)and I noticed it is not working as it should.
It has issues with Lagom theme.
I reported it on 02 Nov 2024 and I received a confirmation that it is not working as it should on 12 Nov 2024.
Since 12 Nov 2024, I have not received even a single reply for support team on the progress of issue being fixed nor any updates on it.
I don't think it would take so much time to fix the issue or to provide an ETA.
Poor support. Wasted my money on this module. It would be best if I would directly buy Client Notifications from Lagom rather than whmcsservices.com.

First, this is not a major bug that we need to release very finish. Lagom themes change a lot in the new version.  

Plus if you go https://www.whmcsservices.community/showthread.php?tid=1126 you see not all features not going to work. 

All I see is that it is scheduled to be released before the end of the year.

@wsa Here's the confirmation received(Screenshot attached) from you that it will work fine and no mention of "not all feature work" was mentioned.

I would happy if my ticket would be kept updated with at least a ETA before the issue gets fixed but I got ghosted by you guys.

This module has alot of features that we try to get work on all themes but it takes time. Not all companies make all modules work with the main themes company. 

Before the year-end I release a new version. Any questions you can email us.
