sholman Posted February 5, 2008 Share Posted February 5, 2008 When a customer orders a second hosting service, upon accepting the order, you get an account already exists error reported. If the client has other hosting packages on the same server with the same username and password, it should add a new package to that users account on the server, not want to add a whole new account.
