I am Seeking Help with WHMCS Module Customization ??

Hi everyone,

I hope you are doing well. I have been using WHMCS for a while and it's been great for managing my hosting services. However, I have run into a challenge that I need some help with.

I am trying to customize a specific module in WHMCS to better fit my business needs. I want to modify how the client area displays certain information pulled from this module. More specifically, I would like to change the layout and add additional data fields to the output.

I have already gone through the WHMCS developer documentation and tried making some adjustments but I am not sure I am doing it correctly. I have played around with some template files and hooks but the changes don’t seem to reflect as expected.

Has anyone here had experience with customizing modules in WHMCS: ?? If so, could you point me in the right direction: ?? I would appreciate any tips or examples, especially if there’s a better way to approach this. Also, if you know of any common pitfalls I should avoid, that would be incredibly helpful! Your request is fairly vague and you don’t mention what type of module you are wanting to extend.

Help us help you with specifics like is it a server or a gateway, or a registrar or an addon? Providing  more specifics or at least providing some context would be helpful. 
 

It sounds like your are particularly interested in modifying a design/template web interface output/style. Any specifics you can give will be helpful to understand what you want to do, where you want to do it, and so forth.
