Directi - Multiple customer

Hello,

 

Is it possible to add/transfer a domain to another customer in our Directi Reseller Control Panel from WHMCS.

I see under registrar settings, it's possible only to assign a single Customer ID.

 

Any help regarding this is highly appreciated.

You basically need to create a customer at DirectI for WHMCS to use, and all domains managed through WHMCS will need to be registered to that customer.

if you need to handover a directi type control panel to your customer, you can make him a new customer from your directi account, and then push the domain to under his control panel where only his domain would exist, however your customer would need to access it from .myorderbox. URL instead of WHMCS.
