Electronic invoicing support - soon to be mandatory in Spain (rest of European Union too)

Sometime next year, Electronic Invoicing will be mandatory in Spain, with instant, direct reporting to the Tax Administration required.

Are there any plans for WHMCS to support this? If not, we need to create an exit plan, because we will no longer be able to use WHMCS for billing.
