PayMate

Hi all,

I am in the process of switching from PayPal to PayMate. and I would like to know how WHMCS handles recurring payments?

If a customer chooses PayMate as the payment method, and at the Paymate payment screen, selects "Recurring" how does this notify WHMCS in order to mark the invoice as paid?

I hope it does not have to be done manually.

If WHMCS does not support this, I might use PayPal for recurrings, and PayMate for one-offs (messy).

Cheers

Jay

I would assume it works fine as it's available as a gateway in WHMCS and doesn't seem any different than the others in WHMCS Admin CP.

I've never used Pay Mate so I would not know how it works completely. If it has a thing similar to IPN and asks for a URL to go to after a payment - then it will visit that URL and update the client every time a recurring amount is received.

Yes, it does. Doesn't support automated recurring payments each month but does callback to your server once a payment is made so WHMCS knows immediately.

Matt

A client made 4 payments via PayMate and none of them called back to WHMCS...

Is this normal? Nothing shows up in the transaction log either?
