SamS1 Posted July 7 Share Posted July 7 Hi all, Have a client that has paid an invoice for his next month which starts in a few days but now he wants to cancel his service. If he requests a immediate cancellation, will the invoice amount for the next month be automatically refunded to the client or will the hosting account just cancel and the refund has to be done manually?
