sahostking
Hi, Depends on type of VPS provider you are using. Under create new product you are using "Cpanel" hence the options thereafter. You need to select VPS module instead of cpanel. What is the VPS module you are using like are you using Virtualizor? Proxmox? Virtuozzo? etc.

If this is a third-party module, it's best to follow the instructions provided by the developer...but any server modules would need to be uploaded to this directory: 7 hours ago, radwebhosting said: Server modules are installed in the /whmcs/modules/servers/ directory

Saroha
You choose the wrong module. If you using VMware then you can use VMBox and if you use any other Virtual software then you need to upload the module of that company in your WHMCS/modules/servers directory and then choose that module from the module list in the product module tab.

In /whmcs/modules/servers/ directory where "whmcs" is your WHMCS root directory.
