Hi, We are selling a bundle of services - template, web hosting, domain, LinkedIn banner. There are two variations of the bundle:   Bundle Basic and Bundle Plus. I'm trying to configure an order confirmation email that details the products in the bundle. But I'm not sure how to do so because I can't find the fields that I need in the list of "Available Merge Fields". Specifically

1) In Product and Services Messages - I see a field for product, {$service_product_name}. But I don't see any custom fields for Bundle... So any suggestions about how we can create one so the email can read "Dear client, you have selected Bundle Basic....This includes:

2) Can we use this field to identify multiple products {$service_product_name}; ie. for LinkedIn Banner, for Hosting, for Template, for Domain?

3) Which email template do you think makes the most sense to reconfigure?

Any help would be appreciated. (I'm a marketer, not a developer... so apologies if these are really basic questions).

Best,

Jennifer

If you are using a Product Bundle, the individual products will each dispatch (or not dispatch) Welcome Emails based upon each product configuration. For example, if each bundle has 2 products: template & web hosting, and a domain, you can expect to send the client 2 Welcome Emails (assuming a Welcome Email is configured for each product) and a domain registration confirmation email.
