Faizal1 Posted February 16 Share Posted February 16 (edited) Hi, We have single sign-on activated and the links in the 'billing and support' section in cPanel go to a clients previous host instead of our WHMCS client area. konXion Tech Solutions Posted May 3 Share Posted May 3 I had the same issue and I was able to restore the links in cpanel by resetting them in WHMCS: 1. Click on "Clients>View/Search Clients" 2. Select your client. 3. Click on the "Products/Services" tab. 4. Select the hosting product you are having an issue with. 5. Click on the "Manage App Links" button. 6. Click the "Delete" button. A message will appear in the window saying "Action Completed Successfully!" 7. Click outside the pop-up window. 8. CIick on the "Manage App Links" busson again. 9. Click the "Create" button. A message will appear in the window saying "Action Completed Successfully!" 10. Click outside the pop-up window. Check your links in cPanel. They should operate properly.
