I have an issue where I have a product and want to offer 3 pricing options as follows: 1.) Monthly subscription, without commitment which includes a one time setup fee. 2.) A monthly subscription, with an annual commitment, that waives the one time setup fee. 3.) An annual subscription, that waives the fee and charges the full amount upfront at a discounted rate. 1. and 3. are easily achieved, however I cannot find a solution to 2.
