  1. Long time user of WHMCS. Currently incurring an issue after expanding the product range. I have an issue where I have a product and want to offer 3 pricing options as follows: 1.) Monthly subscription, without commitment which includes a one time setup fee. 2.) A monthly subscription, with an annual commitment, that waives the one time setup fee. 3.) An annual subscription, that waives the fee and charges the full amount upfront at a discounted rate. 1. and 3. are easily achieved, however I cannot find a solution to 2. Does anyone know how to achieve this, by way of standard or additional plugin/addon functionality? Thanks in advance.
  2. Great, ill check it out, thanks Chris.
  3. Forgive me if it's a thicko question, but i need some help. I want to know if its possible to sell email boxes as "addons". Lets say, hypothetically, I have a client on the base package with 1 inclusive email account. They don't want to upgrade the hosting, but would be prepared to pay a fee for an additional email account (all done via WHM/cPanel). Aside from creating an additional package, which I'm not convinced is correct, how do I do this? TIA D
  4. Sounds like a good workaround. Do you know anyone who could create such a thing?
  5. So I've been using WHMCS for a few months now, really love it. I currently manage a lot of domains and hosting packages, but have I would say half of those customers that just have the domain management with us and not hosting. Obviously the integration with cPanel is great, and the fact the nameserver setup and DNS record creation is seamless is brilliant, alternatively, we can allow the customers to manage their own DNS via the WHMCS client area which syncs with the registrar. This can get a little confusing from a clients perspective as there are two potential ways to manage DNS, is there a solution for a single (ideally WHMCS) DNS management interface that can still create the necessary records for those ordering hosting? or am I missing something? TIA
