Faizal1 Posted January 9 Share Posted January 9 Hi all, I used the 'sync accounts' option on the servers configuration screen as there seemed to be a discrepancy for every account. Everything looks all synced now but I noticed it also put the server IP addressees that the accounts are on in the 'dedicated IP' field in the client profile in 'product/services'. Is that normal and OK to leave as is or do I now need to go into every account and remove the IP from there since they don't have "dedicated IP" addresses? Faizal1 Posted February 15 Author Share Posted February 15 Well just changed servers and naturally things were not in sync but I did notice that this time, I had to remove every accounts ip that the last sync had put in the 'dedicated ip' address field for the sync tool to show green for the server ips. And the dedicated ip fields in the clients accounts are blank and did not get autofilled.
