jtgroup Posted January 9 Share Posted January 9 Hello, Sorry to bother you but I was hoping that someone might be able to help. When I log into WHMCS and visit a client's profile page and click on 'Log in to cPanel' or if a customer logs into their account and does the same, a new window opens up taking them to their cPanel account. Unfortunately though, the URL of the new window is https://xx.xx.xx.xx:2083 i.e. the server IP address, rather than https://hostname.com:2083 I've checked the server settings in WHMCS and the hostname is correct. It only seems to be affecting one server - customers with their cPanel accounts on other servers load the hostname URL. We have recently moved these customers from another server to this one if that could be affecting things? I am able to go to https://hostname.com:2087 or https://hostname.com:2083 and that loads i.e. it does not change the URL in the address bar to https://xx.xx.xx.xx:2087 I've logged into WHM and checked - the hostname is set correctly there.
