hie, is it possible to create one client with multiple emails in the system, so one of our clients offers different services and has different email accounts for each service, we want to be able to send them invoices using the different email accounts on different dates is that possible,

You can certainly set a different email from the main one as the billing contact for receiving invoices. Having said that, an account represents a billable party so if you wish to manage the invoicing separately it sounds like you would simply need two or more separate accounts.
