Did you try changing the code to https://bit.ly/GTHost On a separate note, why do you have the HostGator favicon on your website?

The more votes an idea receives, the more likely it is to be considered by our development team for potential inclusion in a future feature update. In the meantime you may be able to achieve the desired result by customising the template which controls the appearance of the page directly (/templates/orderforms/$templatename/products.tpl). For more information on customising the appearance of WHMCS, please see: https://developers.whmcs.com/themes/ ====== thanks,

bear
Being honest here, chances are low it will *ever* be included. That's not the way it works here. It needs to be popular (getting "enough" votes, an extremely variable number almost always too low, in a system most of us gave up on a long while back as it's unusable), easy to do, not interfere with any other functions and make them more money. Any one of those points could see it be ignored.
SimpleSonic
As WHMCS support showed you, you need to edit the file "/templates/orderforms/$templatename/products.tpl". As far as WHMCS customizations go, editing/customizing the template files is among the easiest to do. If you're not capable of editing the template files yourself, then you simply do as most do... hire someone who can.
