Jimbob Posted September 22, 2023 Share Posted September 22, 2023 Has anyone come across this issue? A customer has purchased a domain which is registered and exists in their account. They now wish to add hosting to that domain. When they attempt to add hosting and select "I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers" and enter the domain, an error occurs which states: "The domain you entered is already registered with us - you will need to cancel it prior to placing a new order" Is there a way around this?
