Possible for one ticket stream to be viewed by multiple logged in clients?

Hi, I am looking to purchase a WHMCS license only for the use of the Support Ticket system.

What I need to know in advance however, is if one logged in user submits a ticket, can I then add further account holders to login and view the same ticket?

Adding them by CC in email only isn't going to be suitable, each ticket will have around 3 people with interest in following it, so they all need to login and view the same ticket streams, I can't have just one logged in user being able to view it at the WHMCS location and the rest only by email.
 

If you could confirm if this feature exists (or doesn't exist) please let me know.
