Is it possible that when a customer submits a ticket, my mailbox can receive the content of the ticket, and I can reply directly through the mailbox? My problem is : 1. My idea is copy ticket from ticket system to email. But after I think about it, I find it's a bad idea. Because this will make a case exist in both the mailbox and the ticket system. However, the mailbox and the ticket system cannot be fully synchronized. If the case is processed in the ticket system, the case in mailbox still exists.
