send campign based on custom field value

Recommended Posts

I send campaigns to clients asking them to complete a waiver if :-

they have purchased Product a,b,c
but do not have products X or addon Y
and have not completed the waiver (which I could specify with a custom field)

If they do not complete the waiver then I have to resend the email to them until it's done.

this is currently a very manual PITA to do as WHMCS does not provide any way to do this.

Now I could add a custom checkbox field to the related products, which I can check when they have completed the waiver, so I know who has done it.

When sending a campaign, it only allows me to choose products/services purchased, no way to define the requirements as mentioned above or to check the value of a custom field.

does anyone have any ideas or solutions?

Hello,

To automate the process of sending campaigns based on custom field values in WHMCS, you can consider using a third-party marketing automation tool or an email marketing integration with WHCMS that allows conditional logic. Create a custom checkbox field for completed waivers, and integrate it with the marketing tool. Then, set up a campaign with conditions to target clients who purchased products a, b, c but lack products X or addon Y and haven't completed the waiver (based on the custom field value). This will streamline the process, ensuring targeted clients receive reminders until they complete the required waiver.

You can do it with the hook.

Please let me know if you are still looking for help.

Thank you

Hi, what hook are you referring to, I do not see any code or link to any hook in any of the previous replies?

Hi @snake

Sorry!

We need to create a cron file for that you need to write PHP code to full fill all the conditions which you want.
