isdoo
Hi, I am looking for a reasonable PBX/IVR for my VOIP lines. Essentially it must be able to forward extension/departments to external VOIP accounts via sip. And ideally DID for departments. And ideally sub-departments for a second level of choices. I am not too worried as to where it is based, as long as it has reasonable features, allows me to record over any standard voices. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

hightekhosting
Check out Elastix http://www.elastix.org/ It's based on Asterisk with FreePBX and works wonders! We've been using it for some time. It's free, open source and completely user friendly. Cheers, Dale E
