Ticket reply empty

Hello,

 

I initiated a support ticket to a customer to which he replied. However the reply e-mail had to body text. Upon request he forwarded e his reply and he clearly had text. In my ticket admin section, his reply is logged but there is no content.

 

Any advice?

Yes, replies below the break line are stripped. Ask them to reply above the break line?

George - are you saying they should be instructed to reply above the Quoted text?

 

Whenever replying to a support ticket, the quoted text is stripped from the ticket. Not sure exactly how this works but have seen others post about forwards not coming through because of it.
