Pipey Posted January 16, 2008 Share Posted January 16, 2008 Hello, I initiated a support ticket to a customer to which he replied. However the reply e-mail had to body text. Upon request he forwarded e his reply and he clearly had text. In my ticket admin section, his reply is logged but there is no content.
