Arhineus
I didn't have the EEP Code option enabled for .com domains, and have a transfer order. I've enabled the EEP Code now, but how do I add the EPP code to the order so that it will process properly?
WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted January 15, 2008 WHMCS Developer Share Posted January 15, 2008 I think you *may* need to add it into the database. honestly not too sure, not had this situation occur
chickendippers
In this situation I'd just go to your registrar and put the transfer order in manually.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 15, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 15, 2008 Just go to the domain info page under the clients profile and click the Transfer button. You can then enter the EPP code before submitting the request to the registrar. No need for database edits or manual processing.
