dsaunier
After importing data (Manual Client Entry) : I created existing domains within newly created clients account, and obviously did not check : "Send to Registrar" and "Send email" at first : does that mean that when the client tries to renew in a few months, the renewal will not happen automaticaly and be sent to Enom, and no email will be sent ? Do I have to recheck those options after the domain is in the client profile so that from then on the automated system manages it ? Thanks.
WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted January 14, 2008 WHMCS Developer Share Posted January 14, 2008 as long as the domains point to enom in the clients details and it is registered with enom it should all be ok
dsaunier
They do point to Enom but for them "Send to Registrar" and "Send email" are not checked, so will WHMCS still renew them properly and send email, or do I have to update those values to checked for each one of them ?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 14, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 14, 2008 Those checkboxes are just for accepting the order - nothing to do with renewals later on. Matt
dsaunier
Ok great, they have a one-time use then, and the domain are from now on managed by WHMCS as they should. Thanks for clarifying.
