at the present time my gateway authorize.net is not setup to automatically process orders. I do it manually to screen fraud orders.

1) How should i set whmcs up so that the customers that are currently active , i dont have to manually process them thru autohrize.net?

2) Also you mean i have to add an invoice every month manually or does whmcs do it by itself -- since i have specified the plans to be monthly

thanks

This is how we do it...

We use offline credit for all orders from the website.... Once we are sure its not a fraud order, we process their credit card, and change their billing type from credit card, to our automated processor (Securepay, which is exactly the same as authorize.net) Now the customer is autobilled after the 1st manual billing process. Our automated payment option, is not visable from the the order page, and must be manually set.

Works like a champ for us..... less than 1% fraud in the past 2 years with Maxmind assistance and WHMCS.
