Here my questions left for now, as switching is a serious move and I need to make sure all bases are covered :
1/ Is the whole site, or at least the client side, perfectly translated in another language if we set the whole site n Spanish only for our clients ?
2/ Can I change the invoice numbering system ? To follow-up with the one on our current site, we need invoices numbered for example MYCOMP-0801-007 for the 7th invoice of January 2008. I did set a format like "WHMCS2007-{NUMBER}"
3/ We use what I'd call "passive" payment methods so to speak, ie the client provides us their bank account infos with an agreement, and we debit the due payment at expiration. What our other site currently does, and that we need here too, is that instead of expiration reminders
and suspension notices, those clients that have a payment methiod that depend on us simply receive a reminder that goes like "your service is expiring soon but is set to autorenew, it will be debited on () unless you tell us otherwise", with a notice to the site admin to take the payment.
Can WHMCS handle this ?
4/ On registering or renewing domains at Enom, does the script really only confirms the domain to clients after it is SUCCESSFULLY actioned at Enom ? There are obviously very serious legal implications for us ! What would happen if the Enom account was down, or not provisioned enough ?
