Port 700 is open to epp.nominet.org.uk at IP address 213.248.242.79 However I am getting the error of Connecting to tls://epp.nominet.org.uk:700. <p>The error message was 'Connection refused' (code 111) I have checked the server IP addresses at Nominet - all okay.
