rivermobster
I had to tell a client to remove his website from my server. At this point, he is long gone, but I need to final bill him and I'm not exactly sure how? He was a Fully Scalable client. His annual billing was based on how much storage space he was using on my server... I want to create a final bill, based on his disk usage at a particular date (in the past). Can someone walk me though all the steps needed to do this, and then terminate and remove his account from WHMCS? Thanks in advance for the help! -Joe

pRieStaKos
If the account is off, WHMCS should have the last usage recorded. Maybe you can check and bill from this. The other way is to check the account log on server.

For some reason I was thinking I could bill him for month to month usage (since I suspended the account mid year), but after some thought, it really doesn't make much sense. I'll just bill him for the last known total, and let him cry the blues. I'm just happy to have him out of my life!
pRieStaKos
It’s a relief, I know. You should note this as a signing-off scenario as a policy, maybe in ToS.
