Promo Code

If customer is new no biggy he adds promo code to order when placed.

If he has already got service say 1 month or 6 month..  How would customer add promo?

Can admin add this in products/services promotion code then save?  Next term the promo code gets applied or does client need to cancel service and reorder?

Would seem stupid if customer has to cancel then reorder.

This would be recurring product.
