Non-recurring setup fees

Sorry if I overlooked that, but I cannot find how to setup an annual hosting package that has a one-time setup fee, with that fee obviously not rebilled if the client renews for more years, and that same package with a setup fee that the client then chooses to pay on a monthly basis : at setup we have install + 1st month, and the following month the normal fee only. But in the products setup, I understand I have either a fixed price, or "

Customers will be billed regularly for this item" with what would be a setup fee to pay each month ?

The setup fee is only paid one time. I know it looks like it will bill the setup fee with each renewal, but that isn't the way it works. The reason for the extra boxes is so that you can change or eliminate the setup fee depending on the payment term chosen.

 

For instance, if you want to charge a setup fee of $25.00 no matter which payment term is selected, then repeat the $25.00 above every payment term. If you want to waive the setup fee if the customer pays yearly, then put "0" in the box above the yearly payment term.
