I am new at this community, i check a little the community before post this, but i don't found nothing.

 

Well, i like set at client area a custom Panel Hook, example:

But i like know, how i edit the classes of this panel, for example, i like use col-sm-12 instead col-sm-6, is possible change in the hook the styling?

Changing the template would be the best option for this.  You could use ClientAreaFooterOutput hook and some javascript to change the class would work but you would need to filter down to ids so not to change all panels -- and some don't have ids .
